Dr. Melodie Rose
Executive Director
Melodie Rose, Psy.D., LICSW, has twenty years of experience in the child and mental health field in diverse treatment settings such as residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, hospitals and private practice. Melodie received her MSW in Social Work from Boston University and obtained extensive post-graduate training in child and adolescent therapy. Melodie received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School in New Hampshire. Her pediatric psychology pre and post doctoral fellowships were conducted at Miami and Columbus Children's Hospitals, where she provided a wide range of clinical services as a staff member of various Behavioral Medicine Departments.

Prior to assuming her role as Executive Director at Aspen Ranch, Melodie was the Program Director at Turn-About Ranch.

Brown, Becky
Admissions Director
Becky is a lifelong resident of Loa, Utah. Becky comes to the Ranch with 13 years of experience working with adolescents. Before joining the Ranch team in 1995, Becky worked as the Assistant Special Education Director for Wayne School District. Becky discovered early in her career that she loves being a part of helping struggling adolescents to feel successful. Becky has a great love for the Ranch, its philosophy, and being part of such a wonderful team.

Burr, Brandon
Clinical Director
Brandon received his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University in 1994 and his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University in 1996. His first graduate internship was in adolescent day treatment and wilderness therapy. His second was in treatment of sexual and physical abuse, both offenders and victims.
After graduate school, Brandon continued his work in the area of sexual and physical abuse treatment. He became the agency Clinical Director and supervised outpatient and correctional facility treatment programs in central and southern Utah for four years.

After leaving corrections, Brandon went back to the wilderness. He worked as a wilderness therapist, remaining in the field with his students several days and nights each week, with a program near the Four Corners area for the year prior to accepting a position as the Clinical Director at Aspen Ranch.
